Our stallions have been selected on conformation, structural soundness and breeding. Our three senior stallions each bring unique attributes to our breeding program. We are also in the process of breeding for our future broodmares, each of these stallions are contributing their bloodlines, gentle natures and athletic abilities to the mothers of our future champions.
With our two junior stallions we are bringing in solid, proven performance bloodlines. We plan on giving these two young horses the opportunity to prove themselves in the performance arenas. Check out the multiple winners that are carried in the genes of these two young stallions.

| THE MALACHI DRIFTER |
 |
The Malachi Drifter (Malachi) is a 2001 buckskin dun stallion. He is double bred Driftwood through his grandsire Wilywood, and is solidly bred Harlan, Watch Joe Jack and Zan Parr Bar on the bottom. Malachi was in training with Mike Mosby in California during 2005. He is very athletic with a good stop, spins and is very laid back. Mike has picked up saddle broncs on him, worked bull ridings on him and did ranch work in the mountains, along with his reining and cowhorse training. Malachi spent the summer of 2006 in Colorado being trained by Mike Diodosio in heading and heeling.
We have great dispositions in all of our stallions, but this guy is the "sweetie" according to Carol! He has an incredible trainable mind, for a larger horse he has tremendous athletic ability. The last trainer recommended we try him in the working cowhorse events as well! Malachi stands 15-1 and weighs 1200 pounds. Malachi has sired only grullas, buckskins, duns, palominos and one sorrel so far! The babies dispositions have really stood out and they are athletes!

| STREAKIN HUDDY |
 |
Streakin Huddy (Streak) a 1996 sorrel stallion, has a Speed Index of 91 at 220 Yards and 330 Yards which should translate to very quick rodeo speed in his off-spring. He ran 220 yards in 12:040 seconds which is equivalent to two very long rodeo arenas! We believe that Streak will add an element of speed along with great athletic ability to our breeding program. Streak stands 15-0 hands and weighs 1050 pounds. Due to contracting laminitis after his purchase, we are unable to ride him. He has already sired a race winner with very limited breeding.
He is carrying the genes of a great sire and legendary grandsire. His sire, Streakin La Jolla SI-99, has had 1286 foals with 697 Race ROM's and has earned over $18,000,000! Streak's grandsire is the legendary Streakin Six SI-104, who is number six on the all time leading sires of stakes winners and number seven on the leading maternal grandsire lists. Streakin Six's off spring won over $16,000,000 as well! Streak's dam Silent Betsy has produced 8 Race ROM's, with four of them being in excess of the 90 SI level. With Depth Charge, Top Deck and Cloud Master within three generations she adds a lot of speed breeding to her foals.
Not only does Streak have great athletic ability and a famous heritage, but his disposition is one of his greatest attributes. He is easy to handle and a gentleman when breeding. During the treatment of the laminitis he has shown tremendous heart in pressing through the pain and soreness. Thanks to Dr. Dick Galley, Streak is able to pasture breed his own mares in a large pen and is getting along very well, most days you can not tell that he has had a problem (Thank you Lord!). We believe that Streak brings speed, disposition and a good mind to our breeding program.

| COL PRINCE OF PEACE |
 |
Col Prince of Peace, aka "Popper" is a young 2005 stallion that we believe is going to bring a lot of speed and athletic ability into our breeding program. I believe that he will be able to produce the great champion line of foals that will be able to compete at any level. For many years we have admired the Colonel Freckles line of horses. This past spring we were blessed to be able to purchase this young stallion directly from the ranch that owned and stood Colonel Freckles himself! Popper was just six months old (an August 29th foal) when he made his first road trip to Gordon, TX. He is sired by Colonel Clout, which is the son of Colonel Freckles that L.A. Waters chose to keep and stand after the death of his great sire. Understandably why he choose this one, he is out of a daughter of Doc O Lena! Popper's dam, Cols Lil Fancy is a daughter of the great Cols Lil Pepper who placed first in all three rounds of the NCHA Futurity (who is also a son of Colonel Freckles). Cols Lil Fancy's dam is a daughter of the great Doc Bar son, Boon Bar. Popper carries 37.5% Colonel Freckles' blood!
Mike and Christy Outhier (the Waters daughter and son-in-law) are roping on many of Popper's half to three quarter brothers and sisters and they have size, bone, speed and cow sense. Travis Tryan's great palomino head horse, "Gold Digger" that he rode at the 2006 and 2007 NFR is also a grandson of Colonel Freckles.
Popper is really a classy colt that moves and travels like an athlete. We are excited about what he will be able to get accomplished himself in the arena and well as what he will bring to the Cross JC Cowboy Horses!
